AMRA is owned by Absolute Skincare Ltd and throughout this section maybe referenced as ("we", "us" or "our") provides the services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All the content on the Site, including, but not limited to, logos, designs, text, graphics, button icons, images, video and audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of Absolute Skincare Ltd, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of Absolute Skincare Ltd. Our site features lifestyle events which partners, affiliates, licensors or partners, in the United Kingdom and other countries, and are protected by United Kingdom and international trademark laws even though they are not owned by us, our affiliates, partners or licensors that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us. Neither the Content, the Trademarks, nor any other portion of the Site or our partners information may be used, reproduced, duplicated, sold, resold, accessed, copied or modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) register on the Site; and (c) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
5. Online Orders
When purchasing on our site please be aware that all payment will be obtained through the use of Paypal to ensure a secure transaction. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.

With regards to discount code they can only be used once per item, order and customer. Our online offers cannot be used in conjunction under any offer. Our offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions so please read them at the time of purchasing.
6. Product Information
We will always do our best to ensure that the content of our information, descriptions, photographs and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was processed onto the site. Though we will always try to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
The prices indicated for products available via the Site are all inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.
8. Reselling of products
The intentions of products or services supplied or are available on the Site, and any samples thereof which have been supplied by us are intended for personal use only. You do not have permission to sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof; you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Our site has the facility for you to pay using credit/debit card. You should only use a credit or debit card that is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
10. Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
11. Risk of Loss
Until you receive delivery we will be responsible for the loss of risk however the risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. If some of our stock is unavailable when you place your order we will send you the rest of the order when it is available. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
13. Acceptance of Goods
It is very important that upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

14. Limited License
We grant you permission to access the site this permission is revocable and a non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This limited license does not include the right to modify or download its content, collect account information, use meta tags or hidden text or using software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

Absolute Skincare Ltd does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the content of any articles or any celebrity endorsements in the Press. All articles have been directly taken and reproduced to the exact specification in which they were published. Any false claims or endorsements are the responsibility of the original publisher.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is up to date. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Absolute Skincare Ltd Online's best interests to do so.

We are not responsible for the content off any off site pages that may feature or endorse our product, likewise with our magazine any featured company or individual. You connecting with any off-site pages is done so at your own risk and we cannot be responsible for a sites linked to or from the Site, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, content, products, or services of such pages and Sites, including, without limitation, their privacy statements and terms and conditions. You should carefully review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of all off-Site pages and other Sites that you visit these as they may not be the very different to Absolute Skincare Ltd.

Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of Smoooth payments to more than 100,000 online stores. Over 60 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.
How does Pay later work?
Once your order's confirmed, you'll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have [14/30] days to try on your order and only pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk
Am I eligible for Pay later?
To use Pay later you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later?
Klarna is unique and offers Pay later based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had Pay later before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.
Will a credit search take place against me?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor AMRA Skincare run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
Why have I not been offered Pay later?
Although Pay later is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card. What happens if I cancel or return my order? As soon as AMRA Skincare have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. Please note returns have to be in accordance with AMRA Skincare policy.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Payment is due [14/30] days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score will be affected.
I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct?
If you have chosen to Pay later, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by AMRA Skincare. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.
Have you received my payment?
If you pay by card, AMRA Skincare will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
Once AMRA Skincare has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.
I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods.
You have [14/30] days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please contact AMRA Skincare to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.
I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.
If you do not have your statement number to hand you can log in at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and be able to make payments.

Our payment partner - Clearpay
1. What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a scheduled payment service which allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
2. How do I use Clearpay?
You can shop as normal on AMRA Skincare and check out as normal. Once you reach checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order and what’s great is it’s a simple process.
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay and the shopping value must be under *£800.
3. Where can I use Clearpay?
Clearpay can only be used on purchases over £30 made on the AMRA Skincare website.
4. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
Clearpay customers make their first payment at the time of purchase, the remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks automatically from your selected payment method.
If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date
5. Can I use Clearpay if I’m an international customer?
Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address.
Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account.
6. What if I can’t pay a Clearpay installment?
As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay.
Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee for a missed payment that is not resolved.
This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

7. When will my items be delivered if I use Clearpay?
Clearpay orders will be processed like any other order and are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes from AMRA Skincare.
8. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Clearpay transaction?
Yes, your bag value must be less than £800 to use Clearpay.
9. Can I use another form of payment with Clearpay?
Yes, you may also use a gift card or promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.
10. What products are not eligible for Clearpay?
Clearpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
11. How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?
Clearpay returns follow our standard return process.
Please note, refunds for Clearpay will be refunded from AMRA Skincare to Clearpay.
We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. As soon as the refund is processed it will appear into your Clearpay online account.
12. Where can I find out more about Clearpay?
*Your payment schedule will be provided to you. If you fail to make a payment on time, you will be charged a late fee of £6 with an additional £6 fee added after 7 days if payment is still unpaid.
